Ironbark Ridge forms the principle amenities precinct on the Northern side of the New Rouse Hill development.

We were engaged to supply and install the shelter and amenities buildings. The structures comprised of structural steel framework, painted plywood cladding, hardwood elements and Colorbond roofing.

The main structure was built to house the barbecues and picnic tables undercover on this section of the New Rouse Hill, which is at the south western corner of the site. Measuring 30m x 12m, various elements were used, including structural beams, hardwood cladding, painted plywood soffit lining to the roof, feature posts and signboards pointing out the various environmental points around Rouse Hill.

Surrounding the main structure is decking steps. The amenities block is like a miniature version of this structure.
Delivering these significant structures on this project, on time and budget coupled with an excellent quality finish, helped establish us as the leading supplier of quality and reliability for complete development.
