Fleetwood Urban recently joined the NSW branch Australian Institute of Landscape Architecture (AILA NSW) on the 5th for an awards night recognising the entrants and winners of the 2018 NSW Landscape Architecture Awards. Located in the Ivy Ballroom at 320 George st, Sydney, The evening inspired us with the amazing array of projects it showcased, celebrating the best of NSW landscape architecture.

As a principal partner with AILA NSW, we were honored to present the award of excellence in the Landscape Planning and the Tourism category. Congratulations to Turf Design Studio for their project Southern Parklands Vision 2036, and to Woolongong City Council for their Bald Hill project!

Fleetwood Urban is also proud that several of our projects were recognised. They included:

  • The Play Spaces Award of Excellence for the Ian Potter Children's WILD PLAY Garden we constructed, designed by ASPECT Studios
  • The Parks and Open spaces Award of Excellence for our Bungarribee project at Doonside, Western Sydney
  • The infrastructure Award of Excellence for 'Enviro Cycle' - the wooloware shared Pathway we constructed for the Sutherland Shire Council
